Users of the software can be assigned to customisable privileges, so that everyone has access only to the functions that are relevant to them. With the right rights, users can create projects and assign tasks to them. Each project is visible only to its members, but by delegating tasks, an external colleague can easily be involved for a sub-task. An in-system file manager allows you to share documents with each other. These documents can also be linked to projects or their tasks and can be easily put into context. A module for real-time communication has also been integrated into the system, so that it is not necessary to use external software to exchange textual information within the company.
Secure, cloud-based access
The software is accessible from anywhere using a web browser. Secure access is ensured by state-of-the-art technologies, so you don't have to worry about company data falling into the wrong hands.
Document and file management
We can store documents and other files securely within the system. We provide a file management module that is easy to learn how to use. Just drag a file into the browser window and it will be uploaded to the cloud.
Project Management
The software links tasks to projects so that closely related workflows can be managed within a logical unit. For each project, you can set who its members are. Members can be set to have read or edit access to the project tasks.
Support for tasks and sub-tasks
Users can easily create tasks and associated subtasks and assign them to projects. They can delegate tasks to each other at any time, and tick a task off when the work is done. The system also manages deadlines, so everyone has clear priorities.
Supporting team communication
When designing the software, we envisioned a communication platform where each conversation stream is contextualised. This was achieved by relating each communication to a specific task. Whenever someone posts a comment on a task, the system sends an immediate notification, so we can easily switch between conversations.
Kanban board support
One of the best ways to keep track of the status of tasks is to use a Kanban board. In the system, we have implemented a virtual version of this: each project has a Kanban board view in which you can arrange the tasks of the project. The table columns can be edited as you like, and tasks can be easily moved from one column to another.
Rights management
Separation of roles is a central part of the software. Administrators are given full flexibility to tailor the design of these privilege groups to the needs of the company. Every company is different and the system can adapt to this.
Real-time notifications
Through its built-in notification interface, users can receive real-time information about events and changes within the system. Whether it's a new post on a task where we are responsible or a contributor, or the attachment of a file to a project we are a member of, we are immediately notified.
